1. Your Right to Delete Data

At Triangle Business Intelligence Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of all data associated with your Triangle account at any time.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, send an email to latte@trianglehq.co from the email address you used to sign up for Triangle. This helps us verify your identity and locate your account.

Please include the following in your email:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your registered email address (the email must be sent from this address)
• Your full name as it appears on your account

3. What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete the following data associated with your account:

• Your account profile and personal information
• All data you have stored or uploaded to Triangle
• Usage history and activity logs
• Any linked integrations or connections

Please note that some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records for tax compliance). Any retained data will be anonymised where possible.

4. Processing Time

We aim to process all data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a valid request. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.

5. Important Notes

• Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
• If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before requesting data deletion. See our Refund Policy for cancellation details.
• After deletion, you will no longer be able to access your Triangle account. You are welcome to create a new account at any time.
