1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Triangle ("the Service"), operated by Triangle Business Intelligence Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Triangle is a multi-product SaaS platform that provides business tools including lead management (Leads), job posting and applicant tracking (Openings), and file management with image processing (Storage). The Service is available at trianglehq.co and related subdomains.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Triangle offers free and paid subscription plans for each product. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. All prices are listed in USD and INR, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the property of Triangle Business Intelligence Private Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Triangle Business Intelligence Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
