Refund & cancellation.

Triangle Business Intelligence Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us") provides Triangle as a service bundled with active TBI agency engagements. This policy describes how cancellation and refunds are handled.

Triangle (Leads, Openings, and Storage) is offered at no charge to active TBI agency clients as part of their engagement. There are no tiers, no usage caps, and no separate payment for Triangle itself — and therefore no Triangle refund applies.

Billing for your TBI agency engagement is handled directly by agencytbi.com under the contract you signed with TBI. Refund and cancellation terms for the engagement itself are governed by that contract — not by this policy.

You can stop using Triangle at any time from your account settings. When your TBI engagement ends:

• Your access to Triangle remains available through the end of the current engagement period
• After the engagement closes, your account is downgraded to a read-only state so you can export your data
• You may request data deletion at any time — see our Delete Data policy

If TBI charges related to your engagement were billed in error (duplicate charges, billing-system errors), reach out within 30 days and we will work with you to resolve them. Refund processing for agency-engagement charges is handled by TBI per their terms.

To raise a refund or billing dispute related to your TBI engagement, contact us with your account email, the engagement reference, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 7 business days.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. The updated policy applies to all engagements going forward.
