Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Triangle Business Intelligence Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us") wants you to be satisfied with the Service. This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments are handled for Triangle's paid subscription plans.

2. Free Tier

All Triangle products (Leads, Openings, Storage) offer a free tier that does not require a credit card or payment. The free tier can be used indefinitely with no charges. Since there is no payment involved, no refund applies.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel any paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account automatically downgrades to the free tier
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your data is retained and accessible on the free tier (subject to free tier limits)

4. Refund Eligibility

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Annual Plans

If you cancel an annual plan within the first 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but you will retain access to the paid features for the remainder of the annual billing period.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Extended service outages materially affecting your use
  • Billing errors on our part

5. Plan Changes

Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher plan, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. You get immediate access to the upgraded features.

Downgrades: When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan's features until then. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within the eligible refund period. Include your account email, the product and plan in question, and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 7 business days.

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. The updated policy applies to all subscriptions going forward.
